You declare
Pick the outlet and the quantity in the app. You get a reference.
STEP 2
We count
Our staff open it on their screen and count what actually arrived.
STEP 3
Both numbers stay
If 24 were sent and 22 arrived, the record keeps both. Nobody has to be believed.
STEP 4
Stock moves
Only then does the balance change — and you see it immediately.
A visitor can never change our stock, and we can never change your figures quietly.

The same document, both sides. Your delivery note and ours are generated by one engine — they cannot drift apart.
Every adjustment is visible. If a stock count corrects the balance, you see the event, the outlet, the date and the amount.
Nothing unsold is hidden. Returns, damage and expiry all appear on your screen with the reason — you are not paid for them, which is exactly why you get to see them.
Payment with proof. Each payment records the amount, the date, the bank reference and the slip.

OPTION A
Fixed price per unit
We agree what you receive for each unit sold. Your figure never moves with our retail price.
Simple to forecast, and the most common choice.
OPTION B
Commission share
We keep an agreed percentage of the retail price; the rest is yours. Your income rises with
the shelf price.
Settlement runs on a fixed cycle — you know when, not "soon".
Unsold stock is returned to you, recorded, and never quietly written off.
Nothing is deducted that you cannot see on your own screen.
